# Itinex > Itinex is a travel advertising platform for destinations, cruise lines, tour operators and hotels, with the reach of a global native advertising network and the focus of a travel specialist. Your offer, among the stories on news, travel and lifestyle sites, in front of the travelers whose plans are taking shape: audiences built from what they search, the newsletters they received and the trips and destinations they read about. Two plans: Self-serve, where clients run their own campaigns at a price per click they set, and Managed, where an account manager runs them, with custom landing pages built and tested. On both, every campaign is checked by a person before it runs and reported live. ## What we are Itinex is a travel advertising platform: the reach of a global native advertising network, the focus of a travel specialist. The reach and the premium news, travel and lifestyle sites are the network's. Ours are the platform (the client portal, the AI page builder, split tests and live reports), the travel audiences, the checks on every campaign and the account managers. ## The name Named for the itinerary, built to make the advertiser part of the plan. An itinerary is the plan a trip turns into; by the time someone is at the gate, that plan is fixed. Itinex uses intent data to find travelers while it is still being made, and puts the offer on it. ## Who it is for - Destination marketing organizations, convention and visitors bureaus and tourist boards: funded mostly by the hotels and attractions they promote, and judged on the partner referrals and visitors they send them. We put their hotel, things-to-do and deals pages in front of travelers already planning a trip, and count every partner referral in a live report the board can open. Each partner gets its own report link (its referrals and the co-op campaigns it is on, never another partner's), and the board a one-page summary for any month or quarter. - Cruise lines and cruise sellers, tour operators and travel brands spending their own money: measured on cost per inquiry and cost per booking, deciding the next spend while there is still season left to spend into. - Hotels and resorts, single properties and small collections: measured on direct bookings, deciding which property and which season to push while there is still a season to fill. ## How it works - Self-serve ("run it yourself"): your own campaign platform, with full control of your deals and every result in view. Clients create an account and create and manage their own campaigns with their own headlines, images and links (or headlines, text and pictures the AI writes and picks from the page the ad opens, every one held to the ad network's rules), up to six ads in each campaign at no extra cost, each given an equal chance for its first 14 days before the network backs the ones that work, with each ad's clicks and results reported, changed whenever they like, each on an audience plan built for it from our travel intent data and the client's page and brief, shown to them in plain words before it runs (clients never pick audiences or set bids). Every campaign and change is reviewed within one working day before it goes live, live campaigns get automatic checks, and every click is reported live; visitors, reads and partner referrals are counted with our tag or an advertorial page, and any requests a page takes show in the client's Leads inbox. Campaigns for inquiries and bookings are on Managed. The client sets their own price per click, with a minimum per market, paid from prepaid credit; campaigns pause at zero. No pilot and no minimum term. Clients build advertorial pages themselves with the AI page builder, at no extra cost. - Managed ("we run it for you"): the same platform, with an account manager from our team who plans, builds and optimizes the campaigns. The client sends their campaigns, or just the goal, and we set them up, write custom and extra landing pages, test their angles against each other and keep improving the whole path. We never run the client's direct competitor. A monthly fee plus the clicks, starting with a three-month pilot, then month to month; the fee goes on the client's card each month and the clicks run on automatic top-ups, or a purchase order is invoiced monthly. Advertorial pages are included. - Both plans get the same portal and the same audiences, with suggested headlines and images, automatic checks on every live campaign, and live reporting the client can share with their team and directors. Campaign goals: Visitors, Readers and Partner referrals on both plans; Inquiries and Bookings on Managed, where an account manager builds the page, the follow-up ads and the tests that turn clicks into requests and bookings. - Turnaround: live within four working days of being sent: checked within one working day, and live within three working days of our yes. Changes to a live campaign are checked within one working day. - Advertorial pages: native is a different kind of click, so the page between the ad and the client's site matters. It is written from the client's own website (every price, date and number on the page is one the client already publishes) in different angles and styles (a story, a list, a deal, a brochure, a partner page) and hosted by us; two versions run side by side on an even split of the traffic, and the one that brings more is named once the difference is clear; then a new angle is tested against the winner. Every day the platform reads how people use each page, section by section, and tells the client what to change; on Self-serve the AI writes 3 new angles per campaign, every month, free (a fourth waits for the 1st of the next month). The page takes the inquiry itself or sends the reader on to the client's own site, and counts what it brought with the site and the ad behind each one. The client's own retargeting pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) ride on the ads and on the page, with the reader's consent where it is required (in the UK and Europe the network holds the ad pixels back without it, and the page asks first), so the people who saw the ad or read the page build as audiences in the client's own ad accounts; we keep none of it and there is no charge. Included on Managed; on Self-serve, built by the client with the AI page builder at no extra cost. - Audiences are built from intent — search terms, the newsletters people received from brands like yours and the places where people are searching most for the trip this week, plus where people live: locals, the cities your travelers come from, or the area around the airport or port a trip leaves from — with declared age and gender layered on or used alone, and with no addresses and no personal data. The media is bought every day in the same auctions we spend our own money in, on travel sites we run ourselves. The portal is not an ads manager: clients set a price per click, never a bid strategy. - Where the audience data comes from: the global native advertising network the ads run on. Its code runs on the sites it partners with, so it can tell which brands' newsletters and offer emails reach someone's inbox, and what people search for. We pick the brands and categories, such as tour operators, cruise lines or destination guides; the network finds the people and shows them your ad. We never see a name, an email address or the emails themselves. The network's own rules also bar targeting anyone under 18, or anyone by health, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation. - No direct competitors: on the Managed plan, we never run the client's direct competitor — another client after the same travelers, the same kind of trip, sold to the same market, at the same price, at the same time. Self-serve clients may run beside a Self-serve direct competitor, never beside a Managed client's, and no client's campaign is ever built on another's lists or results. So Managed starts with a request (Request access on https://itinexads.com/request-access): we check what a company sells against the clients we already run before we start. A Self-serve brand creates an account on the spot (https://app.itinexads.com/create-account, a six-digit code by email) and its first campaign is reviewed before it goes live. A client who wants its whole category to itself can have that on a managed campaign, priced separately. - Why not go direct to a native network: going direct means learning the network's own platform, with help mostly by ticket; building advertorial pages that pass its rules, or paying someone to; bringing your own tool to test one page against another; picking audiences yourself from its lists; and paying for several tools on several bills. With Itinex, a person checks every campaign before it runs and the Managed plan adds an account manager; pages are built from your own website in the platform and hosted for you; two versions run on an even split and the numbers name the winner; travel audiences are built for each campaign; and there is one prepaid balance, with no monthly fee on Self-serve. - You see where every dollar went: every campaign has a live report — origin markets, delivery against target, clicks and the visitors who arrived, the campaign, the site and the ad behind each inquiry, and every site the money ran on — and a link the client can send to whoever they choose, with no login, and turn off at any time. ## Pricing Self-serve: no monthly fee and no minimum term. The client sets their own price per click, from 30p ($0.35, €0.35, A$0.60) for standard native ads on phones (laptops, banners and video start higher; every starting price by format and device is on the pricing page), paid from prepaid credit: a first top-up of £500 ($650, €600, A$1,000), then top-ups from £250 ($350, €300, A$500), by a saved card that can top up automatically when the credit drops below an amount the client chooses (no card fee), by bank transfer, or by Pay by Bank in pounds or euros; a higher price wins more of the places an ad can show, and campaigns pause when the credit runs out. Advertorial pages are built free with the AI page builder and checked by us before they go live. Managed: £1,500 ($1,950, €1,800, A$3,000) a month plus the clicks, no setup fee and no percentage of spend, with an account manager and advertorial pages included, starting with a three-month pilot, then month to month; the fee goes on the client's card each month and the clicks run on automatic top-ups, or a purchase order is invoiced monthly; it suits click budgets from £5,000 ($6,500, €6,000, A$10,000) a month, so from £6,500 ($8,450, €7,800, A$13,000) a month all-in. On Managed we never run the client's direct competitor; the whole category to themselves is an add-on, priced separately. Prices exclude VAT. Full prices: https://itinexads.com/pricing. We buy the media, so the client opens no ad account. By default never priced per inquiry or per booking; a per-lead price is a separate arrangement, only where we build and run the whole flow, landing page included. Clients are billed on the ad network's own click count: we re-read each day's figures for four days while the network finalizes them, so a click it removes in that time never reaches the bill, and if the network credits us for clicks after the client has paid, we credit the client the full price they paid for them, on their balance or their next invoice. ## What we do - Native advertising: audiences built from real signals — the newsletters people received from brands like yours, buying-intent searches, search data updated daily, and declared demographics - Self-serve travel advertising platform: clients create and manage their own campaigns — our travel intent audiences, their headlines, images, links and dates — at a price per click they set themselves; every campaign is reviewed before it goes live - Managed campaigns: everything in Self-serve, run for the client by an account manager — advertorial pages written and split-tested, creative, budgets, pacing and daily checks - Advertorial landing pages: written from the client's own website in different angles and styles and tested against each other; included on Managed, built free with the AI page builder on Self-serve - Publisher quality auditing: checking where the ads actually ran, and cutting the placements that waste budget - Live reporting and measurement: a live portal for every campaign — origin markets, delivery against target, the campaign, the site and the ad behind each inquiry, and every site the money ran on ## What we measure What each campaign is for, counted, not estimated: clicks, visitors, reads, partner referrals and the requests a client's pages take on both plans; campaigns for inquiries and bookings on Managed. With our tracking on the page, each one is matched to the campaign, the site and the ad that brought it while the campaign runs, and on a landing page we build we see the whole path from the ad to the inquiry. We do not promise a number before we start. The report names every site the money ran on, including the ones we cut. The attribution window is thirty days from the click, credited to the last of our ads the person clicked; we count clicks, never people who only saw an ad, and where a visitor hasn't given consent we count only what they do on the page our ad opened. Every site and every ad is judged by what it brought for its campaign's own goal, not by its clicks: the visitors who arrived for a Visitors campaign, engaged reads for Readers, referrals for Partner referrals, and inquiries or bookings only where that is the goal, which is on Managed. Each visitor, read, referral, guide request, inquiry or booking that comes through a page we build, or our tag on the client's page, carries the site and the ad that sent it, and the report puts each site's and each ad's clicks beside what it brought. When a site keeps sending clicks and nothing the campaign is for, the client's daily check says so, on either plan, with the numbers, and recommends cutting it, only once the difference is clear rather than chance. Clients never send us their sales data: an inquiry from a page we built that becomes a booking is marked with one tap, and the report counts it. ## Company - Founded by Russell Goodall, in performance marketing since 2010: first as a top-performing travel affiliate, then running native acquisition for a major travel publisher.
